Armory Annex

Versatile Venue Space

The Armory Annex is located at 820 Center Avenue was constructed in several different stages. The original portion was built in 1932 and served as a potato storage warehouse. Recently, the building was being used as a paint shop and storage space. The building renovations were completed in 2024 and is the perfect addition to the Armory Event Center located right next door!

The building walls are original brick from several different eras and the hardwood floors were salvaged and refinished. Windows and garage doors were added to allow natural light. The Annex has two event spaces that accommodate 75-100 people and two dressing suites that hold up to 15 people. You can rent one room or all four rooms a la carte for a minimum of 4 hours. 

The Annex is ready to host the wedding party for additional Getting Ready Rooms, Rehearsal Dinners, Gift Opening or staging areas, as well as Graduation Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Meetings, Reunions or get-togethers. Couples that book their wedding at the Armory Event Center have first priority on the dressing suites. Rent the Annex by itself or to complement your event at the Armory Event Center or Moonlite Alley!
